We all know how it feels to be harshly judged by another. Add a finger pointing authority figure to the mix and those words sink deep into the shadows of shame and feeling not good enough.

It might have been a 20 second fall from grace by the adult that scolded you …
Nonetheless, this ‘shamed part’ will stew and simmer in the shadows with its hidden belief of ‘not good enough.’

These are innocent wounds that need to be brought to the surface and flushed with truth.

What happened to make the adult so harsh?
Did the innocent child trigger the adult’s own shame stories?

Bullies are bullies because they have unhealed wounds from some authority figure that shamed him/her.

Sometimes, we will take over the bullying and be our own harsh judge to ourselves, before anyone else gets the chance to.

If you were hurt by someone that is carrying self hatred because of some harsh words, you will need to flush that persons energy from your circuits.

Next, you will need to call yourself out on how you have shamed yourself with stories and threats of insecurity.

Watch your words with you. If you think you are getting away with what you tell yourself silently … it will one day show the story in your creations.

The Truth is medicine.

It plays the long game … you think you got away with your secret … it’s just waiting in the wings for the perfect time to pounce and show itself.

We are on a journey of Truth and Trust.

If you don’t walk in Truth, you won’t be able to Trust.

In the spirit of Spring time and new life budding up through the dark winter, let’s flush our root systems with the real story of what you are and what you bring through the service of truth and trust.

What a gift you are!

Let us rewrite the finger pointing story.

Have the person that spoke harshly, to stand before you … they see your strength and are in awe of your powerful wisdom in such a small frame!

Your confidence makes them take a breath and they step back.

They may be startled by your lack of fear towards their looming stature.

This small person is their teacher, and the teacher sees the truth and is humbled. The adult sees the merit in the small person who is standing up for himself. He honours this brave small truth warrior with love and gratitude for showing him this new medicine without judgement or shame.

Let’s all walk in Truth and Trust in ourselves more than ever, as we play the long game and Heal together.

I am always here for you if you need a hand. Let’s flush out your Truth together on a Free Discovery Call. Here
